Retro Dream Palette: A wild-card mix of punchy brights (hello Chartreuse!) and soft pastels that create a perfect 60s inspired color palette. 

Directions:

• Appy powder directly onto cured matte top gel. 
• Remove excess powder from the surface of the nail. 
• Seal with top gel and cure according to manufacturer instruction.
